A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Luchon, with a wide choice of restaurants and activities such as skiing, hiking and the thermal baths all within a very short walk. A perfect place to stay with a very pretty balcony to sit out on and soak up the sun, the views and the fresh mountain air. We stayed for a weekend and visited the Aran Park in Spain and the famous healing Thermal baths. “Wonderful holiday in glorious surroundings and great accommodation”Ideal apartment for two, with all amenities. Lovely views and bright and cheerful interior, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cable-car etc. Luchon itself has a really nice feel about it, and there is always something going on. The choice of walks is wonderful, and the surrounding scenery glorious. If you haven’t been to the Pyrenees before, then this is a perfect introduction.

“Super apartment in attractive characterful town in Luchon mountain valley”
The apartment was lovely, bright, spacious and well equipped, with a pleasing layout and decor and had a good level of comfort. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We really loved the mountains around the town which have so much to explore – lakes, high passes, mountain meadows, fabulous waterfalls, wildlife. The town of Luchon is very friendly with lots to see and do cafes, bars and eateries as well as various sports and recreational facilities. It was a great base to explore the various valleys that branched off from the town and has something to suit all tastes. The owner, Nadia is so helpful and friendly. Our stay at Cecilia could not be faulted. Many thanks.

“Lovely apartment in ideal location.”
Great apartment , ideally located to the park, bars and restaurants. Sunny and bright with good views. Everything was there that we needed – including a kettle!
The apartment is accessed by stairs that keep you fit if you are in and out all day!
Bagnere Du Luchon has a great ‘up-market’ feel to it, with good selection of boutique type shops, rather than the ‘tourist souvenir’ ones.
We unfortunately chose a very quiet time of year to visit, which meant choice of restaurants were limited.

This was a lovely bright flat nicely decorated and comfortable.Nadiavwas very helpful.
We had a very relaxed week.It was quiet but very close to the centre of the lovely town and the cable car to Superbagneres.

“First Class!”
We stayed in Apartment 7, Villa Cecilia recently and cannot recommend it highly enough.The location of the apartment on a tree lined boulevard is perfect for a relaxed stay yet it is within a few minutes walk of the elegant centre of Luchon itself with it’s myriad of shops, cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, cinema and of course the thermal baths and spa.
The apartment itself has a smashing south facing balcony where we were able to sit and enjoy the spring sunshine and views of the nearby mountains.
Apartment 7 is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay including additional items such as a supply of tea/coffee and soaps.
There are some lovely little touches to the apartment such as art work and even a pair of vintage skis!
Overall, we found the apartment extremely clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs.
In addition, we found the owner Nadia, very helpful from the outset. Communication was prompt and nothing was too much trouble.
We were so impressed we will be back for another stay in a couple of weeks time!

“Fabulous Stay…..Can’t wait to return!”
My wife and I had the good fortune to stay at this wonderful apartment, in its period villa, for a mini ski break.
It’s in a great location, being just a short walk from the ski lifts, restaurants and bars, yet situated on a peaceful and tranquil avenue.
The apartment itself is very elegant. It is spacious, light, tastefully decorated and extremely well furnished and equipped. Quite simply, it is without fault.
The immediate ski area is perfect and would be ideal for families with small children, as the slopes were wide, beautifully groomed and sparsely populated. Wonderful!
Our break was great fun and very good value for money. In short, it was perfect!
We can’t wait to return!
Highly recommended.

“Fantastic Apartment – look no further”
My husband and I (64 & 54) have just returned from a stay in this apartment and we have
have had the most wonderful time.
The location, next to the park and spa, so close to restaurants and bars, while very convenient, feels so tranquil. The apartment is just as nice as it looks on the website.
Clean and bright and to sit and have breakfast looking out over the mountains is a great way to start each day. We both love to run, cycle and walk we could come back here for another ten visits and not walk all the trails and paths.
We would recommended this apartment and the friendly way in which our reservation
was confirmed made booking very simple. We look forward to returning.
PS love the big fluffy towels.

The sun is great in this apartment! Two full doors open on out to a small sunny balcony overlooking the street. We liked the decorations so much we bought the same posters for our home! It is a block from the famous thermal baths and less than two blocks from the middle of town. The sheets and towels are high quality and very clean. The shower works great as does everything else. Nice travellers have left various food items and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us! The town has a dozen resturants and bistros, several shopping markets, many clothing and sporting stores and most important, for us, several high end, quality bike shops.
There are eight famous Tour de France mountain passes that leave directly from the town. Port de Bales is one of our favorites, 15 km of reasonable climbing through beautiful territory with no cars then an endless descent and finally an easy loop along the river back to town. Ending at your comfortable couch with your feet up and a glass of wine and cheese!
Nadia is always great to deal with and I would highly reccommend this apartment. In two years of visits this has been by far the nicest place and best value we have found! The one catch is that it is on the third floor (american style) and a bit of a hike up, but thats why it gets such good sun!!

My family (2 children at 8 years and 10years) and I had a wonderful week in the mountains. Luchon is a great base for exploring and we found some beautiful hikes with waterfalls and spectacular panaromas, perfect for picnic spots and just a short car ride or bike ride away from the town. In town itself, the apartment is situated 3 minutes from the main street of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops as well as the thermal baths and spa. This was great for eating out in the evening with the kids without having to jump in the car. Equally, the apartment is only a couple of minutes walk to the outdoor pool, minigolf, play area and a number of good quality tennis courts, which we used a lot during our week. We also hired bikes in town and there were plenty of other activities on offer such as rafting, canoeing or paragliding.
The apartment itself was perfect for our family; always light and airy with the double set of french windows showing off the mountains beyond and a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day! Having stayed in lots of disappointing accommodation in France, this apartment really stands out as being both stylish and reassuringly well furnished and equipped. An excellent holiday, as agreed by all members of our family!

We were lucky enough to stay here for 2 weeks in July this year. It’s absolutely beautiful – a lovely, light-filled apartment in a great location, with everything you need. You can leave the french doors open to the balcony all day, and sit out there with a cup of tea gazing at the Pyrenees – and if it’s raining you can happily spend all day lounging on the most comfortable couches in the world reading a book. The town itself is great, and when the Tour de France passed through the 300m to go mark was right outside the apartment! The town is an excellent base for cyclists (the Peyresourde, Superbagneres, Col du Portillon are right around the corner) in summer and the apartment has secure bicycle storage.

July 2012 – Etant un couple avec bébé, cet appartement nous a parfaitement convenu. Très propre, décoration soignée, fonctionnel, nous nous somme sentis comme chez nous ou presque! De plus, il est parfaitement situé au coeur de Luchon, aux portes du parc du Casino et à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’avenue d’Etigny et des thermes, tout en étant au calme. Enfin, l’exposition au sud donne une jolie vue sur la vallée, dominée par le Pic de Sauvegarde. (Hospice de France, Superbagnères et vallée du Lys à 15/20 minutes en voiture seulement). Pour finir, bien que nous n’ayons pas rencontré directement les propriétaires, les contacts par mails avec Nadia ont toujours été irréprochables, les réponses à nos questions rapides, bref là encore du tout bon.
